Check-out time
Check-out time is until 11:00 unless another time has been arranged with us. If you leave before 11:00, please let us know, as this helps us a lot in managing the cleaning and allowing the next guests to enter early.
Departure procedures
We won’t be there at check-out so you don’t have to wait for us and can leave as soon as you’re ready.
- If you have keys, leave them on one of the tables
- Garbage should be left in the bins in front of the apartment
- Make sure you don’t leave any clothes or personal belongings
- If it’s raining, leave all the windows closed
- If the weather is good, leave the windows open at the top
- Turn off all lighting, television and air conditioning
Invoice
The invoice for your stay will be issued in the next few days and if you wish it to be issued under a different name to the booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
Late flight
If your flight is in the afternoon or evening, we offer 2 solutions so you don’t have to carry your luggage around the city
The first is a luggage collection and delivery service and the second is a visit to the Parque das Nações area next to the airport.
Luggage collection service
In this case, we offer a service through a partner, LUGGit, which collects your luggage wherever you want and delivers it to the apartment at the time of your choice. For example:
- 2 hold bags (up to 35kg) = 25€
- 2 hold bags (35 kg) + 1 cabin bag (up to 10 kg) = 27€.

Nations Park
The second is to visit Parque das Nações and leave your luggage at Oriente Station (3 metro stops from the airport), where there is a luggage storage area next to the police station.
Parque das Nações is a modern part of the city with a beautiful promenade and lots of gardens by the river.
