Apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen and a shower cabin. It is very sunny, enjoying a double exposure and an unobstructed view of the two facades, with a balcony crossing the facade.
The apartment, flooded with light all day long is decorated in the respect of the historical style of the building. It is on the 4th and top floor (without elevator) of a very well maintained family building.
The apartment is located in Penha de França, a family and traditional neighborhood, on the 7th historical hill of Lisbon, 5 minutes away from Arroios metro station and 10 minutes walk from the famous streetcar 28.
Nearby there are many restaurants, supermarkets, Arroios market, cafes, several stores and playgrounds.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a large sunny window that opens onto a balcony with a panoramic view of the Church of Penha de França and the city of Lisbon.
The second room communicates with an antechamber: ideal for children (crib + sofa, convertible into a queen size bed) and their parents (room with sofa bed).
