Room with a double bed and private bathroom (the bathroom is in the hallway but with private access) in a villa that is perfect for those traveling to this area for work or leisure!
The space is serene and spacious, with parking in a cul-de-sac and around here, the noise problems are the birds that sing in the morning.
The owner lives in the house with his 8-year-old son, so the atmosphere is familiar and very calm, and we want it to stay that way.
He also rents out another room in the same house
