Recently renovated apartment with 125m2 composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The whole house has heating and is located on the 9th floor of a building with 2 elevators
2 of the rooms have double beds and built-in closets. The third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and built-in closet. The living room has about 30m2 and consists of a living area with sofas and TV and an eating area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you can have in a kitchen as well as small support houses. They also have a table where you can eat. The internet access is done through a fiber optic connection with WI-FI access.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Oriente Station and 3 subway stations from the airport.
The Oriente Station, being the main intermodal center of Lisbon, can be reached by metro (red line), buses to the center, trains to north, south and Sintra and even a cab.
If you want to go to the center, you can take the metro or the 728 bus. If you want to visit Sintra, there is a direct train that leaves the Oriente station every 10 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night.
Parque das Nações has become one of the most modern and richest neighbourhoods in Lisbon since it was the site of the 98 World Expo.
It is full of interesting architecture – Oriente Station, Portugal Pavilion, Vasco da Gama Bridge, Vasco da Gama Tower, … – and a pleasant park where you can walk, run and cycle.
For children, there are great options such as the Oceanarium – where you can see the wildlife of all five oceans of the planets – or the Science Museum (Science Pavilion), with interactive exhibitions about technology and science.
There are also many places for interesting events at a short distance: the Altice Arena, site of all the biggest shows and live performances in the city; the Lisbon International Fair, which hosts all kinds of conventions, exhibitions and fairs; the Camões Theatre, headquarters of the National Dance Company; and the Lisbon Casino, which also hosts many live music, theater and dance performances throughout the year.
There is a shopping center 5 minutes walk, with everything you need (clothing, technology, entertainment, books, cinema and supermarket), besides a large restaurant area.
But if you are not in the mood to go to a restaurant in a shopping mall, the park area has many restaurants and cafes, most with great areas to sit outside and an incredible variety of options – Chinese, Brazilian, Portuguese, hamburgers, vegan, etc …
