Located between Parque das Nações and Lisbon Airport and is 800m away from Moscavide subway station and 10 minutes walk from FIL, Altice Arena and 2 subway stations from the Airport.
It is an area with an aging population but with excellent local stores and small restaurants run by the family and one of the most interesting and typical areas of Lisbon for those who like to get to know the places.
The whole apartment was rehabilitated in 2017 and it is composed by
- 12 m2 bedroom with a double bed. The double bed can be converted into 2 single beds.
- The living room has 8 with TV, meals and an excellent sofa bed where 2 people can sleep comfortably.
- The kitchen has induction hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, water heater.
- The bathroom is a complete bathroom with shower base.
